Use a strong password. Use a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using your date of birth or mobile number as a password.
Never share your password with anyone. No Bhaibaji staff member, support agent, or representative will ever ask for your password. If anyone does, it's a scam.
Be cautious on public Wi-Fi. If you log in from a café or public network, log out when you're done and avoid checking "Remember me".
Change your password regularly. It's good practice to change your password every three to six months. You can do it easily from your Account Settings.
Stay alert for phishing links. Instead of clicking links sent via SMS or email, type bhaibaji.best directly into your browser. Logging into a fake site can result in your information being stolen.
Never share your OTP with anyone. Once you receive your login OTP, keep it to yourself — never share it with anyone over the phone, whether they claim to be from bhaibaji or anyone else.
Common login issues and how to fix them
Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number — use it to set a new password.
Check that your mobile number starts with +880 or 0. Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password. If it still doesn't work, try logging in with OTP.
Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or at the Help Center Contact us.
Check your network connection. Wait 1–2 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, click "Resend". If your number has changed, at the Help Center let us know.
If you signed up with an email address, try logging in with that. Otherwise, contact us directly at the Help Center Verify your identity to get assistance.
