1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Bhaibaji online betting platform and its users ("Members" or "you"). By accessing or using the Bhaibaji website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts using the same ID, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be your own
• Keep your password confidential — never share it with anyone
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Bhaibaji may request additional identity verification at any time — such as a photo of your national ID or a selfie. This is done to prevent fraud and to protect your account.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

Bhaibaji is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Access by minors is completely prohibited, and Bhaibaji makes no exceptions on this matter.

For age verification, Bhaibaji may request a copy of your national ID card, birth certificate, or passport. Certain services may be restricted until this verification process is complete.

4 Betting Rules

Read the rules for each market carefully before placing a bet on bhaibaji. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled — so make sure before you place it.

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the match or event
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, Bhaibaji settles bets in accordance with its own rules
• In live betting, odds change every moment — the odds at the time your bet is submitted are final

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bhaibaji supports the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all transactions.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings
• Without KYC verification, individual withdrawals may be subject to limits.
• Unusual transactions may trigger a request for additional verification.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bhaibaji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform
• Managing an Account on Behalf of a Minor

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bhaibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

• Upon evidence of a terms violation
• During an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity
• If evidence of false information provided during registration is found
• By order of a regulatory authority

9 Limitation of Liability

Betting inherently carries financial risk. Bhaibaji does not and cannot guarantee any fixed income from betting. There is always a chance you may lose the entire amount you wager.

Bhaibaji is not liable for: losses caused by internet connectivity issues, delays from third-party servers or payment gateways, or transaction errors resulting from issues with your device.

Bhaibaji takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data we collect is used solely for account management, payment processing, and fulfilling legal obligations.
